About Siebel Universal Customer Master and CRM Integration


Siebel Universal Customer Master (Siebel UCM) is preconfigured to support integration with a combined instance of Siebel CRM Business Applications for Industry Applications (SIA version 7.8.2 only) and Siebel UCM. When enabled, the integration allows Siebel UCM to apply history, cross-reference, and data quality processes to Siebel CRM contact and account data.

The integration of Siebel UCM and CRM uses the Siebel UCM CRMML interface to deliver and receive data messages, and includes the following preconfigured workflows to facilitate the integration:

  • CRM-UCM-Account-WF
  • CRM-UCM-Contact-WF
  • UCM-CRM-Account-WF
  • UCM-CRM-Contact-WF
