Recalling Submitted Correspondence


You can recall correspondence records that you have submitted, as long as the correspondence records have not been fulfilled. You can recall correspondence to modify it and resubmit it for fulfillment.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up and Using Fulfillment Centers.

To recall correspondence

  1. Navigate to the Correspondence screen > My Correspondence Requests view.
  2. In the Correspondence list, select the correspondence you want to recall.
  3. Click the menu button, and then click Recall.

    The Status field value reverts from Submitted to In Progress.
