Associating an Attachment with a Reference


The Attachments view lists attachments associated with a reference account. You can add new attachments or view attachments associated with the account. Reference Attachments include account attachments as well as reference attachments.

To associate an attachment with a reference

  1. Navigate to the References screen > Reference List view.
  2. Drill down on a reference record.
  3. Click the Attachments view tab.
  4. In the Attachments list, create a new record.
  5. In the Attachment Name field, click the select button, and in the Add Attachment dialog box, click Browse.
  6. In the Choose File dialog box, select the file, and then click Open.
  7. In the Add Attachment dialog box, click Add.
