Restriction for Siebel Replication Manager

Communications Server components are not supported on regional nodes, to which data is replicated using Siebel Replication Manager. This restriction applies to:

• Communications Session Manager
• Communications Configuration Manager

NOTE:  Valid Siebel Replication Manager usage scenarios for Siebel Email Response assume that all processing for a given communication occurs on the same node, whether the headquarters node or a regional node. For example, inbound email messages sent to a given email address may be received and processed on a regional node, and reply messages would be sent from the same regional node. Activity records that reflect completed inbound and outbound message handling would be replicated back to the headquarters node.
