View for Specifying Mobile Devices

The following view allows you to configure mobile devices used for wireless messaging:

• Mobile Devices. Add and administer mobile devices and device addresses, their associated priorities (used for determining which device and address a message is sent to for a particular Siebel employee or contact), and the profile to be used when messaging to a particular address.

  Mobile device data is used with the Send Wireless Message command and with outbound requests or workflows that send wireless messages.
