Previewing a News Story (End User)

To view the news story before routing it for approval, use the Preview view tab in the Group News Authoring screen.

This task is a step in Process of Managing Group News.

To preview the news story

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Group News Authoring > News Inbox.
2. In the News Stories list, select the news story, and then click the Preview view tab to show the news story.
3. In the Preview view, click the news story headline link to view the content.
