Executing Collection Campaigns


Once end users have reviewed background information about a financial account, they can start the collection campaign by calling the customer. For more information on viewing the Collection Summary and Promises Summary, see Reviewing Delinquent Accounts.

To execute a collection campaign

  1. Navigate to the Contacts screen.
  2. In the Contacts list, drill down on the last name of a contact with a delinquent account.
  3. Click the Collection Summary view tab.
  4. Call the customer.

  5. In the Financial Accounts list, drill down on the Account #.

    The Financial Accounts screen appears.

  6. Drill down on the Account # again and click the Activities view tab.
  7. Create an activity record to record the customer's response to the collection call.
  8. If the customer makes a payment promise, click the Service Requests view tab.
  9. In the Service Requests list, add a record and complete the following fields:
    • In the type field, select Bank.
    • In the Area field, select Payment Promises.
  10. In the Service Requests list, drill down on the SR # hyperlink.
  11. Select the Payment Promises view link and enter the required information in the Payment Promises form.
