Executing Collection Campaigns
Once end users have reviewed background information about a financial account, they can start the collection campaign by calling the customer. For more information on viewing the Collection Summary and Promises Summary, see Reviewing Delinquent Accounts. To execute a collection campaign
- Navigate to the Contacts screen.
- In the Contacts list, drill down on the last name of a contact with a delinquent account.
- Click the Collection Summary view tab.
- Call the customer.

- In the Financial Accounts list, drill down on the Account #.
The Financial Accounts screen appears.
- Drill down on the Account # again and click the Activities view tab.
- Create an activity record to record the customer's response to the collection call.
- If the customer makes a payment promise, click the Service Requests view tab.
- In the Service Requests list, add a record and complete the following fields:
- In the type field, select Bank.
- In the Area field, select Payment Promises.
- In the Service Requests list, drill down on the SR # hyperlink.
- Select the Payment Promises view link and enter the required information in the Payment Promises form.
