Recording Customer Appeals or Grievances


End users can record customer complaints.

To record a new customer complaint

  1. Navigate to the Service screen > Service Request List view.
  2. In the Service Requests list, add a record and drill down on the SR #.
  3. In the Service Request form, complete the necessary fields.
  4. Click the Appeals & Grievances view tab.
  5. In the Complaint Detail form, complete the necessary fields.
