Inactivating Auto-Forecast

By default, the system preference Forecast: Auto-Forecast is set to true. This means that if you are a manager, when you forecast, the application automatically creates forecasts for subordinate's who are listed as participants of that series that have not already forecasted. You can disable this feature if you want.

To inactivate auto-forecast

1. Navigate to the Administration - Application screen > System Preferences view.
2. In the System Preferences list, select the Forecast: Auto-Forecast record.
3. Change the System Preference Value to FALSE.
4. Restart the server.
