Creating a Product Change Request (End User)
End users who receive information about a product change request that has not already been entered in the system, can create a product change request. To create a product change request record
- Navigate to the Products screen > Internal Product List view.
- In the Products list, drill down on a product.
- Click Change Requests.
- In the Change Requests list, create a new record.
- In the Add Change Request dialog box, click New.
The application adds a new record to the Change Requests list.
- In the Change Requests list:
- In the Change Request form, complete the necessary fields.
