This LOV contains the attribute values. Creating a list of values has two steps: NOTE: The steps for creating a list of values for a dynamic attribute are different from creating LOVs for other uses. Do not define LOVs for dynamic attributes in the Application Administration > List of Values view. This view does not display LOVs defined for use with dynamic attributes. When you define an LOV for a dynamic attribute, you do not have to stop and restart the server for the LOV to take effect.
