Setting Siebel Server Component Groups Offline

This topic describes setting component groups offline for a Siebel Server. For background information on offline server component groups, see About Online and Offline Server Component Groups.

To set Siebel Server component groups offline

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigation > Site Map > Administration - Server Management.
2. From the link bar, click Servers.
3. In the Servers list, select the Siebel Server of interest.
4. In the Component Group list, select the component group of interest.
5. Click the Offline button.

   The State field of the component group record changes to Offline.
