Most of the customer applications (such as Siebel eSales and Siebel eService) use a set of customer application (standard interactivity) templates along with a limited subset of employee (high interactivity) templates for messages and greetings.
NOTE: There are two types of applications for partner relationship management: PRM Portal and PRM Manager. PRM Manager can use high interactivity, and all templates shown through it adapt to the employee application look and feel as described in Siebel Templates for Employee Applications. PRM Portal uses standard interactivity and adapts to the customer application color scheme as described in this chapter.
