Invoking a Help Subprocess (SR Help Workflow)
The eMail Response - Process Service Request workflow invokes the eMail Response - SR Help workflow when the eMail Response - Process Service Request workflow does not detect a matching keyword as the first word in the Subject line of an incoming email. See Figure 16 for an illustration of this process. If the system does not find a contact in your database with a matching email address, the system sends an error notification to the sender, stating that a contact was not identified.
