Differences in Order Workflow Processes

For communications, media, and energy, Siebel eSales for Siebel Industry Solutions uses order management workflows that are different from Siebel eSales, in order to support complex order management. The order management process consists of three major steps:

• Order capture
• Checkout
• Order processing

There are significant differences in the workflows used in all of these steps.
