A Note on Windows 2000 Platforms for Analytics Web

Siebel Analytics itself is Unicode supported. However, on the Windows 2000 platform, Pinnacle (the engine for displaying charts in Analytics Web) is code page based, not Unicode based. The Analytics Web charts display only characters in the server machine's code page. For example, to properly display Japanese or Chinese characters in a chart, the Windows server must be installed in a Japanese or a Chinese code page, respectively.
