Using the All Responses-Attachments View Tab
This view tab displays a list of documents and other items that are associated with the response record.
To add attachments
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Responses >All Responses.
- In the Responses list, select the response record and click the Attachments view tab.
- In the Attachments list, create a new record.
- In the Attachment Name field, click the select button.
- In the Add Attachment dialog box, use one of the following steps:
- To add a URL, in the URL field, type the URL.
- To attach a file, click the Browse button, locate the file, and click Open.
- Click Add.
