Flexible Customer Hierarchy


Customer Hierarchies allow you to design segmentation and filter criteria that take advantage of the relationships between individuals or organizations within the customer base. For example, a campaign can target individuals, or a household of several individuals, or target a business at a central office, regional division, or branch office.

Using Siebel Marketing you can define hierarchies consisting of multiple targeting levels, and then choose the most effective targeting level in the hierarchy when delivering campaign offers. By choosing the appropriate customer hierarchy, you can make sure a single, consistent offer is presented to the customer.
