After a customer logs in, the home page of Siebel eBanking or Siebel eBrokerage appears with a different set of applets. Customers can review their entire relationship with their financial institution from this single page.
Table 3 shows a mapping between the views and applets in the customer application to the related views in Siebel eFinance (the employee application). The view names listed are the display names observed by the end user; they are not the view names found in Siebel Tools.
