Contact Management
Contact Management ASIs allow third party applications to identify a customer, view all of the information related to a customer from across the enterprise, perform a business transaction, and update the customer profile, as necessary. The applications also retrieve the profile, SR's, Offers, and Activities associated with that customer.
Each ASI is a combination of prebuilt business services coupled with XML messages mapped to the Siebel data model.
