Lead Management

The Lead Management ASIs allow third party applications to create and work an opportunity in conjunction with the Siebel application. ASIs route the opportunity to the appropriate application to work it.

Each ASI is a combination of prebuilt business services coupled with XML messages mapped to the Siebel data model.
