Party Management

Party Management ASIs allow relationship managers to retrieve all information related to parties. These ASIs allow Siebel customers to access party information and allows relationship mangers to understand parties before taking action with them. Party management can involve a non-Siebel application (such as a third party call center or SFA application) making a request for party information and updating the contact or company profile based on the new information gathered or activities executed.

Each ASI is a combination of prebuilt business services coupled with XML messages mapped to the Siebel data model.
