Healthcare has 10 ASIs: Request Preliminary Rating, Request Member Details Update, Update Provider Details, Request Eligibility Check, Request Benefit Detail, Request Providers, Request Authorization, Request Referral, Request Add/Cancel Group Policy, and Request Add/cancel Individual Policy.

Each ASI is a combination of prebuilt business services coupled with defined XML message mapped to the Siebel data model.
