Siebel Communications, Media, and Energy Analytics dashboards are available to users of Siebel Communications, Media, and Energy Analytics.

Loyalty Management Analytics

This dashboard provides marketing professionals with information about potential customer behavior. The Loyalty Management dashboard works with data from any third-party predictive modeling application, with appropriate scoring models. The dashboard uses this data to segment customers based on projected customer lifetime value, propensity to churn, propensity to accept an upsell or cross-sell marketing offer, and estimated financial risk. Marketers and other professionals can use this information to optimize return on investment for customer loyalty and retention programs.

Revenue Management Analytics

This dashboard provides sales professionals with information about the most successful products and services. It also provides a trend analysis of sales and service order performance over time. Sales professionals can view information about service activations, modifications, and disconnections. A summary analysis is also available.

Account Management Analytics

This dashboard provides information about account sales and service performance. Sales and marketing professionals can view information about the best-performing accounts, the best-selling products for accounts, and service order distribution, based on account characteristics. Service professionals can view information about account trouble ticketing, customer satisfaction trends, and customer satisfaction metrics. Account performance metrics are available for individual accounts and at more aggregated levels.
