The activities are compared to potential derived from syndicated data sources. These comparisons provide information about the promotional effectiveness of contact call activity.

Sales and marketing executives can view call activity data to determine how effective the field sales representatives are at covering their respective territories. The reports in this dashboard allow you to compare the prescription potential of geographies and customer segments by franchise, specialty, postal code, decile, and so on, down to the individual prescriber and account.
