iBots and AntiVirus Software

Some antivirus software programs enable a script blocking feature, which attempts to block calls made by scripts to system objects.

iBots and their scheduling component, Siebel Analytics Scheduler, use scripting to access the Windows file system and other system objects. Antivirus features can therefore block iBot script calls.

It is recommended that you disable antivirus program script blocking on the computer on which Siebel Analytics Scheduler is installed.
