Determining Upgrade Requirements
Before using Siebel Anywhere to upgrade existing software or distribute new software, you must gather a considerable amount of information about the software to be distributed and the computers that will receive it. Specifically, you must collect the following kinds of information, each of which is described in further detail in following sections.
Determining upgrade requirements is a step in Process of Planning and Preparing for Kit Creation.
- What software needs to be replaced or added? For detailed information, see Identifying Software to Be Replaced or Added.
