Exporting Multiple Process Definitions

To export multiple process definitions

Navigate to Business Process Administration > Workflow Processes > All Processes.

From the applet menu, select New Query.

Enter your query criteria, then select Run Query.

Select the processes you want to export.

Select Export Workflow, then click Export.

Select a path and file name for the processes you are exporting.

NOTE: When exporting a process containing subprocesses, you must also export the subprocesses. Subprocesses are not exported automatically.
