Specifying Communications Preferences

This section describes how to specify communications preferences.

To specify communications preferences

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > User Preferences.

    2. The User Preferences screen is displayed.

  2. Click the Communications tab, or the Outbound Communications tab.

    3. Communications preferences are displayed.

  3. Specify the appropriate preferences. Preference settings are described in the following sections:
  4. As necessary for the particular setting, log out of the Siebel application and log in again.

    5. The descriptions for each user preference setting indicate whether this step is required.
