Error

The 'Service Name' User Property is not defined in the virtual BusComp '%1'. (Error Symbol: IDS_ERR_BCXMLEXT_MISSING_SERVICE_NAME).

Cause

Did not set the Service Name user property in VBC.

Resolution

Find the VBC and set the Service Name. For detail information, see Integration Platform Technologies: Siebel eBusiness Application Integration Volume II.

The external application returned an invalid Siebel XML format for '%1' method. (Error Symbol: IDS_ERR_BCXMLEXT_INVALID_XML_RETURNED).

Cause

Invalid Siebel XML format was passed to the method.
