Approving and Rejecting Submitted Items (End User)
Managers can approve or reject items that are sent to them for approval.
To approve or reject an employee self-service form
- Navigate to the myPage screen.
- From the Show drop-down list, select My Approval Items or My Team's Approval Items.
- In the Approval Items list, select the item you want to approve or reject.
NOTE: You can click the Name hyperlink to review the summary form.
- In the Status field, select Approved or Rejected.
- (Optional) In the Comments field, enter a brief explanation.
The record is routed appropriately based on your action.
