Approving and Rejecting Submitted Items (End User)


Managers can approve or reject items that are sent to them for approval.

To approve or reject an employee self-service form

  1. Navigate to the myPage screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, select My Approval Items or My Team's Approval Items.
  3. In the Approval Items list, select the item you want to approve or reject.
  4. NOTE:  You can click the Name hyperlink to review the summary form.

  5. In the Status field, select Approved or Rejected.
  6. (Optional) In the Comments field, enter a brief explanation.
  7. The record is routed appropriately based on your action.
