Creating an Approval Business Process (Workflow)


The approval business process defines the exact sequence that an approval item must follow. Administrators can define business services, sub-processes, and decision steps within the business process, to build detailed approval flows. To create an approval business process (workflow)

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Business Process Administration > Workflow Processes.
  2. Create a new workflow record, design the workflow, and then save the record.
  3. Activate the workflow.
