An administrator procedure has been added for setting up external organizations.

The chapter's introductory section has been revised as follows:
- A clarification was added that workflows listed in the chapter may not be available in the sample database but may be requested.
- A brief explanation of Universal Application Network (UAN) has been added.

Several sections throughout the appendix that pertained to the SIS OM CurrencyCode and SIS OM Language Code user properties have been removed. These user properties are no longer in the Siebel repository.

A Note is added at the end of this section clarifying that a script must be released when it is ready for production.
