Defining an Event


Siebel eEvents Manager for Finance helps you create and enter information that defines the scope, activities, and budget of an event. Defining an event is the first of four phases in the event management process. However, because requirements and task sequences can differ from event to event, the organization of eEvents Manager for Finance screens may not exactly match the sequence or organization of tasks for your particular event.

You can use this manual and the eEvents Manager for Finance software interface as a general guide to accomplishing your business tasks, but be aware that you may need to make some adjustments to the order in which you enter data and the ways in which you use eEvents Manager for Finance software capabilities.
