Setting Up Order Processes

Follow these procedures to define order types.

This procedure makes available from a predefined list the types of orders that appear in order-related views.

To define order action types

Navigate to Site Map > Data Administration > Order Action Types.
Create a new order action type record.
In the Line Item Action field, select a value.

To define types of orders

Navigate to Site Map > Data Administration > Order Types.
In the Order Types list, create a new order type record.
In the Order Type field, select a value.
In the Associated Action Types list, add a new record.

This adds an order action type associated with the order type that is selected in the Order Types list.
