Setting Up Order Processes


Follow these procedures to define order types.

This procedure makes available from a predefined list the types of orders that appear in order-related views.

To define order action types

  1. Navigate to Site Map > Data Administration > Order Action Types.
  2. Create a new order action type record.
  3. In the Line Item Action field, select a value.

To define types of orders

  1. Navigate to Site Map > Data Administration > Order Types.
  2. In the Order Types list, create a new order type record.
  3. In the Order Type field, select a value.
  4. In the Associated Action Types list, add a new record.
  5. This adds an order action type associated with the order type that is selected in the Order Types list.
