Associating a Test Plan with a Test Strategy


A QA Release Administrator can select a test strategy record and associate one or more test plans with it. This is based on the Test Matrix selection that the QA managers made on the Test Plan Administration view. See Creating Test Plans and Linking Features.

To add a test plan to a test strategy

  1. Navigate to Site Map > Release > Strategy Test Plan Admin.
  2. In the QA Test Strategy form, query for the test strategy to which you want to add test plans.
  3. In the QA Test Plans list, add a new record.
  4. In the Test Plan # field, select the test plan you want to add to the current test strategy.
