Recording a Deposit
As a van sales representative, you may have to deposit payments you have collected during the day. When you do so, you can record the information in your handheld.
To record a deposit
- Navigate to the Billings screen.
- Choose the Deposits view from the Show drop-down list.
- Tap the New Record button on the toolbar to add a new deposit.
- Complete the fields provided, such as Bank Name, Bank Account #, and Deposit Amount.
