Synchronization Conflict Handling and Recovery

When multiple end users synchronize with a remote database, transaction conflicts may occur which can result in data loss. The Extended Pick and Extended Insert functionality minimizes synchronization conflicts. If transaction conflicts are unavoidable, then Siebel Handheld Journaling captures the transaction information so that the data can be recovered.
