Adding Properties


Use the Property Administration screen to add properties.

To add a property

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Property Administration > All Properties.
  2. In the More Info form, click New to create a new property, and provide information in the fields.
  3. The following table describes some of the fields.

    Field
    Comments
    Currency
    The currency of the property. The field's default value is the application's currency.
    Location
    Geographic area where the property resides.
    Name
    The name of the property.
    Price List
    The price list associated with this property. For events held at a given property, the price list associated with the property becomes the default price list for events held at that property and is automatically associated with any orders created for that event.
    Property Team
    The team assigned to this location. For more information about property teams, see Setting Up Property Teams.
    URL
    If appropriate, provide a URL for the property.
