Compensation and Multi-Currency Transactions


Siebel Incentive Compensation supports companies that operate in a number of countries, where multiple currencies must be tracked and properly converted. In this type of an environment, compensation plans may have multiple currencies, plan participants have their own divisional and compensation currencies, orders are booked and are potentially paid in different currencies, and compensation administrators need to review and validate information in common currencies. Siebel Incentive Compensation automatically converts compensation information in the appropriate currencies and makes it available to users in the expected format.
