Reviewing All Quota Achievement
Using the All Quota Achievement view, you can review quota achievement against plan for an employee.
To view All Quota Achievement
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Tracking > All Quota Achievement.
- In the Last Name field of the All Quota Achievement list, drill down on the participant whose achievement you want to view.
The following table describes the Quota Achievement fields.

Achievement Amount
|
The total achievement by the participant against the quota target. When % Quota is the performance measure, the % Achievement is shown in the Period Total and the total achievement amount is shown in the Achievement Amount field.

Achievement Qty
|
The total achievement by the participant against the quota target. When % Quota is the performance measure, the % Achievement is shown in the Period Total and the total achievement quantity is shown in the Achievement Qty field.

% Achievement
|
The percentage of the quota attained by the participant.
|
Calculation Run
|
The name of the calculation run.
|
Plan
|
The name of the compensation plan.
|
Plan Rule
|
The name of the plan rule associated with the compensation plan.
|
Period
|
The period of the Calculation Run.
|
Quota
|
The name of the quota.
|
Target Amount
|
The total dollar amount against which the quota attainment is measured.
|
Target Qty
|
The total quantity amount against which the quota attainment is measured.
|
