Reviewing the Employee Total Compensation (Manager)


The sales manager can review the total compensation paid to an employee using the following procedure.

To review total compensation paid to an employee

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation > My Team's Compensation.
  2. In the Participants List, select the participant for whom you want to view compensation, and drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
  3. In the Compensation Detail form, click the show more button.
  4. An expanded view of the Compensation Detail form appears showing details of the selected transactions within the calculation run. For a list and description of the viewable fields, see Reviewing Calculation Details.
