Reviewing Cap, Draw, and Hurdle Details (End User)

Employees can review cap, draw and hurdle details using the My Compensation view.

To review cap, draw and hurdle details

Navigate to Incentive Compensation > My Compensation.
In the Participants list, select your name, and click the Compensation view tab.

The Compensation view lists calculation runs for the employee.

In the Compensation list, select the calculation run, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field.

The Calculation Summary Detail form appears.

Click the appropriate view tab to see Cap Details, Draw Details, and Hurdles Details.
