Archiving Compensation Plan Data

You can archive compensation plan data for future retrieval and review.

To archive compensation plan data

From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation > All Compensation.
In the Participants list, select the participant and drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
Select the Compensation view tab, and in the Compensation list, select a record and select the check box in the Archive File field.
