Viewing Product Information

The views in the Products screen allow end users to view lists of products and obtain information such as prices, key features, and product defects. The Siebel administrator is responsible for entering information on products, product issues, price lists, and other information displayed in the Products views. For more information, see Administrator Procedures.

To view product information

Navigate to the Products screen.
From the Show drop-down list, select All Products.
In the Products list, select a product.
Click a view tab.

NOTE:  To view hidden view tabs, scroll to the right.
