Adds items to the Screen menu for the application.

Screen (R)
The name of the screen that will be accessed with the menu item.
If the screen definition contains multiple screen views, the menu item will expand when highlighted to show each of those views.
 
Sequence (O)
The position of the menu item on the Screen menu for the application.
 
Text (R)
The text to use for the menu item.
If there is localized text for this menu item, then the value will be a key into the message table to find the localized text.
