Differences that apply to the entire book are:

Terminology. There are a few differences in terminology for Siebel Service Provider Portal:
Siebel Partner Relationship Management Administration Guide uses the terms brand owner and partner. For the Service Provider Portal, brand owner refers to the insurance carrier, and partner refers to the service provider.
Siebel Partner Relationship Management Administration Guide uses the term account to refer to the transactional data that the user can display in the Accounts screen. In Siebel Service Provider Portal, this is called a company and it is displayed in the Companies screen.
Cross-references. Siebel Partner Relationship Management Administration Guide often refers the reader to Applications Administration Guide, Siebel Call Center User Guide, and Siebel Sales User Guide for more information.
