Approving the Plan Internally and Publishing It to the Partner

After a partner plan is created, discuss and approve it internally. Then the plan can be published to the partner company, and the partner can view it through the Siebel Partner Portal.

To publish a plan to a partner company

  1. Navigate to the CHAMP Planning screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, choose All Plans Across Partners.

    3. The Partner Plans list appears.

  3. In the record for the partner plan that you want to publish, click the Publish to Partner field.

    4. A check mark appears in the field. The partner can now see the plan on the Siebel Partner Portal.
