Using CHAMP Planning


Channel and Alliance Management Process (CHAMP) is an established process that allows brand owners to work collaboratively with partner organizations and evaluate the partner's performance.

CHAMP planning involves creating partnership initiatives and partner plans with clearly defined objectives and action plans, so you can measure the success of each partner company in achieving these objectives.

After you execute the plan, you measure partner performance against the established objectives.
