Viewing Available Siebel Analytics Reports
In addition to Partner Analytics, the Siebel Partner Manager has several screens with Siebel Analytics reports for a variety of purposes. The following screens allow the brand owner to use Siebel Analytics:
- Executive Analytics
- Commerce Analytics
- Marketing Analytics
- Partner Analytics
- Sales Analytics
- Service Analytics
- Segmentation Analytics
- Partner Marketing Analytics
The analytics screens and views that a user sees depend on the user's role, so they may not see all of these screens.
To view available Siebel Analytics reports
- Navigate to one of the screens listed above.
- Use the Show drop-down list to display the different categories of reports available on that screen.
